Growing up in Miami, a vibrant culinary and cultural melting pot, Aaron knew from a young age he wanted to be a Chef. Immediately after high school, he pursued a degree in Culinary Arts from Le Cordon Bleu. He has more than 20 years of hands-on experience in upscale concepts from Miami Beach, Florida to Boulder, Colorado.
Aaron has crafted this Sourdough Pizza Dough as the perfect blend of artisan technique for everyday convenience. With the support of his wife and business partner, Alexis, they’re thrilled to share this special product with Central New York.
