Chef Aaron Pencar: Growing up in Miami, a vibrant culinary and cultural melting pot, Aaron knew from a young age he wanted to be a Chef. Immediately after high school, he pursued a degree in Culinary Arts from Le Cordon Bleu. He has more than 20 years of hands-on experience in upscale concepts from Miami Beach to Boulder.
Through lots of R&D, Aaron has crafted this Sourdough Pizza Dough as the perfect blend of artisan technique for everyday convenience, and with the support of his wife and business partner - Alexis, they’re thrilled to share this special product with Central New York.
Aaron & Alexis, the Co-Founders of Otsego Market, are extremely proud to manufacture and distribute their Sourdough Pizza Dough from their very own commercial kitchen located in Sharon Springs, NY. They are regulated and inspected by New York State Agriculture & Markets and hold an Article 20-C Food Processing Establishment License.
